The work is split across tools.
CVs arrive by email, video sits on separate sites and schedules come through messages.
Player materials in different places
Keep the CV, film links and upcoming games together on the player's profile.
Games are hard to coordinate
It takes time to work out which scout can cover each match and where two games fit into one trip.
Club follow-up is hard to see
A profile can be sent by email without knowing whether the club opened it.
From player application to club follow-up
Handle intake, player materials, live scouting and club sharing in the same workflow.
An intake form on your website
Players apply from your site and land on one board. Anyone under 18 has to add a parent’s email.
Record the call and next step
Save your notes, then send the player a link for their materials and ask a parent for consent when needed.
Collect CVs, video and match schedules
Players add a CV, link film from YouTube, Hudl, Veo or Drive, and list upcoming games from their phone.
Plan live scouting
View games by date and state, assign scouts and add fixtures to each scout’s calendar.
Compare scout assessments
Scouts rate technical, tactical, physical and mental skills from 1 to 5, then recommend Invest, Live scout, Watch or Pass.
Share one link with each club
See when a club opens its private link or plays video. If the family withdraws consent, the link stops working.
See what needs attention this week
Check for games without a scout, reports to finish, missing player materials, club links nearing expiry and players who will soon need to consent for themselves.
- Every game lands in each scout’s phone calendar, with the venue one tap from Maps.
- Players you pass on get a kind note, and their materials link closes.

For small scouting teams
Keep the work moving when the same people handle intake, match coverage and club contact.
- Your name, logo and color on every page players, families and clubs see.
- Your own copy of Cleared with its own database. No other agency’s players sit alongside yours.
- Nothing for players, parents or clubs to install. They open a private link on their phone.
- Logins for your whole team, with admin and staff roles.
- Under-13s are turned away from the form and asked to have a parent get in touch.
- We set it up with you, including the form on your website.
Family consent controls every club link
For a player under 18, a parent must agree before a profile is shared. Each club gets its own link. The family can see which clubs received it and withdraw consent; your team can see link opens and video plays.
Questions agencies ask
Who is Cleared for?
Small soccer agencies and scouts who work with youth players and share profiles with clubs. It brings intake, scouting, player materials and club follow-up into one workspace.
How do players add film?
Players use a private link to upload a CV, add video links from YouTube, Hudl, Veo or Google Drive, and list upcoming games. The video stays on its original service.
How does Cleared help plan live scouting?
View upcoming games by date and state, assign a scout, open the venue in Maps and add the games to a phone calendar.
Does the intake form work on my website?
Yes. You paste one embed code into your site, including WordPress, and every application lands on your board. Players under 13 are asked to have a parent get in touch instead.
Do players, parents or clubs need an account?
No. They open private links on their phone or computer. Only your team signs in.
Is player data kept private?
Each agency runs its own copy of Cleared with its own database. Clubs never see phone numbers, email addresses or a full date of birth, no IP addresses are stored, and you can erase a player completely when a family asks.
How much does Cleared cost?
Pricing is discussed during a walkthrough. Request one and the team will explain setup and pricing before you decide.

See how the workflow fits your agency, ask about privacy and setup, and discuss pricing. We’ll email you to arrange a time.
